I liked. the Space and Place article the best and I was wondering the same thing about your 5th question. I think its because we are taught to value what others think and say as Americans and so the places and spaces we see, live in, and visit all mean things according to the people we know. I guess the Eskimos were just an example. Random granted, but still they spoke their piece
